This period cottage on the outskirts of a desirable village benefits from a generous garden and allowed for this generous two storey, 100sqm side and rear extension. The project was taken from initial concept design stages, through to a full planning and technical drawing pack. Building works were overseen and have now been completed on time and within budget. With two additional double bedrooms and the kitchen, living and dining areas now forming the social hub of the house, the clients, with their expanding family, are delighted with the results and are enjoying the fruits of their labour. 

This two storey side extension caters for the modern day requirements of an open plan and sociable ground floor living space whilst affording the clients the indulgence of a first floor master bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in robes areas. With works nearing completion, our clients have worked closely with the main contractor to make their budget work best for them. Being hands on, they have taken on certain finishing works themselves but the rewards speak form themselves.
